In checking my bank business on line this morning, I discovered a charge for $49.95 on my credit card. I made NO purchase from the named merchant, ECESupport.com.
I phoned the number given and was told that I did make the purchase - must pay the $49.95, but they would be happy to cancel my account so that no further charged would be made!
This is a total scam, and I have no idea how to fight this! I have placed a complaint on line with my bank, and hopefully, they will cancel the charges on my card.
