We purchased cycling tickets for the London Olypmics but never received them. Numerous emails were received saying that we would receive a full refund but todate nothing has been received. As the bank and our travel insurance company will not do anything it leaves us and many thousands of other people out of pocket alot of money. Perhaps the authorities will be able to help.
