Company removed $30 from my back account. When I called, they said it was an "application fee". I never applied for a loan with them. Nor will I ever apply for a loan from such a shady company! My checking account went into negative balance because of this and caused a $34 bank fee on top of the $30 they stole. I also filed a complaint with the BBB. The BBB website states that they have been able to resolve about 31 of the 68 cases that have been filed through them.

- Ok, I will tell you what I know...Go to your bank and dispute the charge, but I suggest doing this the same day it post to your account. Close the account out and open a new account. Most of the time banks will do this for you in cases such as these with no problems or hassles. Notify the BBB and the FTC immediately. They will continue to draft out of your account. When you put an end to it you will start getting phone calls from them stating they are with the State Attorney's Office in California and they have a criminal suit out against you unless you pay. Ignore this because it is a scam also and I am in the process of trying to figure out how to handle this complaint also. But this company is operating as three different names (that I am aware of) maybe more. The address that is given is not a legitimate company address it is just a mail order location. The names of the companies that I am aware of are: Palam Loan Advances, Loan Tree Advances, and Vantage Funding. They have robbed people out of thousands of dollars. May I suggest as my lesson learned that you ignore these payday loans because they ARE all SCAMS.
