VANTAGE FUNDING WAS AUTHORIZED BY ME NOR MY BANK TO PROCESS ANY TYPE OF PROCESSING FEE. MY ACCOUNT IS NOW OVERDRAWN BECAUSE OF THIS TRANSACTION. THIS IS A NEW ACCOUNT. I GAVE MY INFORMATION TO A SINGLE COMPANY AND APPARENTLY THEY SHARED INFORMATION WITH VANTAGE. I CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT AND WAS BEING BULLDOGGED INTO A LOAN I DID NOT ASK FOR. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR AND WAS TOLD THEY HAD NONE AVAILABLE. AFTER ABOUT 20 MINUTES OF GETTING NOWHERE AT ALL SHE CONTINUED TO TELL ME THE ONLY WAY I COULD GET MY MONEY BACK WAS IN THE INTEREST ON THE LOAN. I DID NOT ASK FOR A LOAN,NOR DO I WANT ONE.
