i do not know how to send proof but i have paypal transaction #3vd74679270073316-date was 10/16/12 and amt was 99.99-my paypal acct is under my email address.

I am trying to figure out the same problem. This is a scam and they will do anything to not give you your money back. I have returned all their products costing me almost 250.00 and they are not willing to reinburse me.
