This site comes up when you search for USPS change of address site; it looks very similar if you have changed your address before. I changed my address on this site thinking I was using the USPS site, only to find out I had been charged $9.95 and signed up for an identiy protection membership for $9.95 per month. When you call to ask for refund, they explain to you it's not a scam, it was all in the fine print.
