I bought 3 ipad from them.. They told me a week later that my product were damage and they had to send it back to customs.. And than they told me that I need to pay an extra 400 for tax.. And I didn't want to because I had ask them ahead of time if I was going to get charge for anything else and they said no.. So I told them I want a refund.. They told me I had to wait 20 days.. On the 20th day which was late September I online chat with them and ask why I haven't receive it.. They told me to wait again., and when I disagree they stop talking to me on the chat.. So I had to agree to them.. But when it was the date that they promise my refund I never receive anything.. And it just repeats itself until today.. They told me again that I have to wait until the 30th of October.. I'm just so stress about this issue.. And I just want to warn anyone that goes onto that website to stay away.. Because I don't want them to end up like me..
