Purchased many DVD's from Kangaroodvd in August 2012 and didn't receive the full orders. I requested a refund for the remaining orders a few times and my emails kept on being ignored. The DVD's I received were of very poor visual and audio quality, even though the website advertise for digitally remastered quality. Episodes were missing from T.V shows and are not in chronological order. I sent repeated emails requesting refund, emails keep on being ignored. I deeply regret purchasing DVD's from this company and please be EXTREMELY careful of them. DO NOT buy DVD's from this site. I want justice...to get my refund according to their terms. They mention a 100% guarantee refund if product is not satisfactory. I am not happy with their DVD quality and they are not giving me my refund.
