Having been offered first refusal to purchase a house within a development if it became available, well that became reality or so I thought. It was arranged for me to view and purchase the following day, having travelled some 70+ miles to be informed enroute that the house was sold even though I was informed I would have first refusal. When seeking for an explanation I was fobbed off with several excuses as to how this could happen, when delving more into it, it was divulged that the property was viewed on the same day by some other party the developer knew of my arrangements with the agent yet still proceeded to entertain another party ignoring the arrangements that was made.Firstly, I question why this happened this I feel is malpractice and is inexcusable not to mention costly.

Having to deal with customers of my own on a daily basis I know how important it is to conduct yourself in an ethical and professional manner unfortunately Zero C does not have any concept to trade in this manner they certainly deserve to have a reputation when treating potential customers in this way and suggest that anyone considering buying from them think twice as to the commitment they offer. I have without doubt been cheated out of a home which suited my needs perfectly in every way with a price to match my budget unfortunately having to invest in further research on alternative properties is going to leave me out of pocket.

The apologies from Zero C are insignificant as this is not going to resolve my losses, furthermore, not taking rsponsibility for their incompetence is going to rectify the wrong doings, the sales manager has failed to convince me of their regret or have they offered to put it right.

Please get a grip, take responsibility and ownership after all you are dealing with peoples futures and investments and your failures are causing unnecesary anxiety and stress.
