I received a call from a guy named mark from this company Liberty payday online loans. He already had all my personal information which now makes me extremely uncomfortable! I filled out applications online for a payday loan and now this is the second one turning out to be a scam!! Are they all scams and what do I do about them having my personal information? How did they get it? I didn't give it to them that I know of but they told me it exactly over the phone! God what do I do? I'm already out of money from the first scam, I can't go thru this again! At least this time I didn't send anything at all, but I want to make a complaint cause I don't know who can be trusted online at all anymore! Oh my goodness! Please Help!

- I would like not only an apology but I would like my personal information removed from this company! I don't know how they received unless it went to them when I filled out applications online for a payday loan. I am afraid of what they will do with this information! They promised me $1500 and now I won't get that from them or anyone else cause I don't trust any of these sites now! I have been scammed once before from a payday loan company and I am already out a lot of money, but to have it happen again is beyond comprehension! Who are these people? How can they do this to so many? I can't believe that they haven't been shut down!
