both my daughter and i ordered the introductory bottles each, and like others, further charges were automatically charged on my two credit cards. i emailed as soon as i noticed the charges on my cards, two deliveries later, yet they only cancelled one order, not the other card, and only refunded one lot of extra charges !! these guys are ripping everyone off !! do not order even introductory bottles of this stuff, which don'e work anyhow.!!!!!
