Having used XLPharmacy before I didn't question the transaction when they changed their billing process through ECMCPAL. BIG MISTAKE Money was removed from my account immediately, but no product and XL saying when they receive proof of my payment they will contact me in 24-48 hours. I've listened, spoken with and provided proof to representatives of these companies for almost 2 weeks with no satisfaction. As of today I have will be filing a fraud claim with my bank against both companies. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH XL or ECMCPAL ever again.
