I wanted to credit my Liberty Reserve account for online shopping instead of using my bank cards to shop online. I sent them a ukash voucher of £120 and they disappeared with my money. I tried to chat with their live chat and the person from their own end told me they are yet to receive my mail. See below the mail I got from them when I sent my voucher:
