I filled out a form to get a short term loan on 12/23/2012, On 10/30/2012 i looked at my on line banking and noticed that this company took out $30.00 out of my acct. so i called the bank to find out how this company can take out money from my acct with out me even them permission to before i looked over the term of loan. got no answer they said it was done.I than went and called this company to get my money back and they said no that it was a fee for the paper work if i took the loan that i never saw the terms of so i ask if i can get my money back and they told me that the best they can do is to give me a $100.00 gas card that i still did not see. I think what this company did should be against the law. now if i took the loan than they should of stated to me about the fees for the paper work not take the money first and not give it back because i did not take the loan. thank you for time tom kipp
