Purchased two LA Deals in August.
They have done a HORRIBLE job!
They have put a hook nose, dimples and cleft chin in a person who does not have them. The proof picture was face on and you could not see these features, and they only send you one.
They have done nothing to fix the problem, and send the exact same pictures repeatedly for approval. I have requested a refund repeatedly and will never use the second coupon. There is NO likeness to the pictures, NONE! I cannot offend the person this is for by giving her this bobble head. What a waste of money.
