Purchased this product and used it. It did not grind the food in the grinder. Called customer service and they said that I had to tap the canister in order to move the leafy veggies to the bottom. But, the fruit (apple) were already at the bottom and it did not grind anything.
They refused to refund my money and the product doesn't work at all.
Total ripoff save your money and the drama that follows!
