I bought a dual phone skype by chatandvision, but it never has arrived to my house. the company says me "check if any of your family members or neighbours may have received the parcel on your behalf and if the delivery address we have for your order is correct"
And after he says "Rest assured that we will be expediting this matter once the above has been confirmed. Kindly also let us know if you wish for a replacement order to be sent to you or if you prefer a refund instead"
I want to my money.. I HAVE LOST A LOT OF TIME.
