On the 15th August I placed an order over the phone for the "Fix it Pro Pen Kit." After a few minutes I changed my mind and asked the operator to cancel that order and I told her I wished to place an order for two "Fix It Pro Pens" instead. She then assured me that the original order was cancelled but that my credit card had already been debited, and in due course I would be credited for the cancelled oder of the pen kit. She put through a new order for the two pens and debited me for them. During the course of that time my husband and I have rung the company many, many times equiring about when to expect our order, and whenever we complained about the long waiting period, we were informed by an operator that he/she would "speak to management." Imagine our disbelief when on the 8th October we received the "Fix It Pro Pen Kit" that I had cancelled. I rang to complain straight away and the operator told me to send it back with a covering letter, which I did on the 15th October, as well as faxing the exact same letter and emailing my complaint to the company at two different email addresses, of which I have received no response from the company. It is now 12 weeks later and no pens and no credit for the returned kit, having been debited for the kit and the two pens. I am claiming the above amount of $66.50, which includes the kit, postage and handling, (a charge I shouldn't have to pay as I had cancelled the order) and $6.60 that I had to pay to post it back.
