I ordered this on October 27 and they promised free two to three day shipping. On November 2, i emailed the company asking the status of the order. Michael Taylor e-mailed me and said it would ship no later than November 3. The product did not ship until November 6. I ordered a "Jessica Pink Passion Vibrator" and they through in a free "Slim Tear Drop Bullet." However, when i opened the box, i had received a "Hot Lady Vibrator" and the free "Slim Tear Drop Bullet." Not only was the vibrator the wrong product, but the hard plastic outer shell was completely opened and hanging on a hinge, like someone had been using my vibrator. The vibrator looked like it had been shrink wrapped in plastic, but their was dust on my vibrator. That is unsanitary and unhealthy. There is no model numbers on any of the products or packaging which makes me question the origin of the products. Are they even new? The bottom of this website also claims to be accredited by the BBB. However, they are not and it is fraudulent.


The Better Business Bureau closed my case immediately because they say that company went out of business year ago...
