I placed an on-line order with The Fatwood Company on October 22, 2012 for 70 fatwood firestarters (14"-18"). I used PayPal and my order was charged through them on October 31st. I have not received my order yet. I sent an email to [email protected] on November 5, 2012. I sent follow-up emails on November 8, 2012 to contact@fatwoodonline and again at [email protected]. I have not received any confirmation by email that my order was sent nor have I received any information on the status of this order. I would like the fatwood order I placed, but if it can't be fulfilled I want a refund.
Update: 12/15/2012
UPDATE 12/15/12: Finally received "fatwood" order yesterday. Will keep box of "fatwood" as is too much trouble to return. Expensive kindling and lesson learned. Will not buy from company again.
