I ordered the Star Trek Voyager the series 1 thru 7. That was on October 26th 2012, They took payment off my credit card for 158.26 USD on November 1st, I still have not received the series and my order states it is still in processing. I have emailed them repeatedly to find out where my order is and they never answer my emails. The last email i received from them they told me if i had any complaints to email [email protected], this does not exist.

- I would like the product i ordered, not with missing dvd's and all brand new dvd's in the packages. in a timely manner, as i want it for a christmas gift. If this can not be resolved i want my money refunded.
