This company charged my account for 30.00 dollars for a loan that I NEVER RECIEVED.This put my account in the negative.Something really needs to be done about these loans places scamming people.How can I get charged a fee if I did'nt receive a loan.When I called the customer service,someone that barely speaks english tells me that it will take 5 business day's to get my refund.IT DID'NT TAKE THEM 5 DAYS TO TAKE IT OUT.
