They sent immediate confirmation that they have taken my money and no correspondence or product has been received since.

Have now received the download instructions and activation code but product does not work.
Was able to access onlline chat assistance, but failed to rectify problem and software still fails.
Have been advised to 'wait' for the next version to be released and 'see if that ome works'. Are you kidding me?
If I sell a product to a client that does not perform as it should - THEY RECEIVE AN IMMEDIATE REPLACEMENT or A REFUND without and dramas whatsoever. I never tell them to "wait for the next model to be released and see if that one works...." I will email them and request a full refund. -
