@ 1:39pm on Monday, I recieved a text message from (619) 346-5565 claiming that my last months entry won. It directed me to go to targetcontests.com and enter my winning code. Once i did so, a 5 minute countdown began and once it reached 00:00 nothing happened. I never entered in a contest and this number doesn't 'exist.' Someone should be held accountable for these pranks! Unreal
