They took almost all my money out of my credit card without me buying anything on deal fun. Now they cancelled the credit card because of this dealfun.com this scamming and taking money without my consent.

Just to clarify, when you signed up for our services you specifically selected the bid pack that was purchased. This can be viewed here: http://tinyurl.com/3zh6q69
We do not have any pre-selected package and require the consumers consciously make a decision to select the bid pack to purchase.
However, we have a very pro-consumer policy and if the consumers are not happy with the services provided, we can assuredly provide a satisfactory resolution. Thus, if you could please write to us at support @ dealfun . com (without the spaces), I'm sure we can provide you a satisfactory resolution as well. Or you could let us know your username / email ID here and I can provide the resolution as well.
