I was informed by Money Mangers that they would be able to write off my credit card if dated before 2007. they charged me a fee of £894.00 due to the amount owed on the credit card.
I paid the money in two installments, I questioned them about my credit report being tainted but they assured me that they would be able to submit a note of correction on my credit report.
my credit card was not written off as promised, I am now in debt with the credit card company.
Money manager are not picking their phone up and not responding to my letters. They have take my money and run off with it.

Hi Leticia,
Looks like you also fell for the "write off your credit card debt" scam too. Please read my comments as they move around alot and it's probably cost me a small fortune in phone calls chasing them around. They have changed offices but unfortunately I don't have their new address and they won't give it out??? Very strange hey to say the least! Their telephone number is 01352 218252. Be advised they promise you a refund but it never materialises! They were not even registered to trade and have broken the law!! I have reported them to the Police Fraud and Ministry of Justice.

many thanks for the number, I shall be reporting them to ministry of Justice.
so far I have hit a brickwall in dealing them Financial ombudsman would not deal with this matter as they are not regiestered with them -
