I was contacted by a representative from National Card Monitor and he explained to me about combining all of my bills onto one credit card with a low interest rate, all I would have to do is pay $549.00. He also stated that if I was rejected 3 times by bannks for obtaining a new credit card, than I would be able to receive a full refund of the money. Well that was back in July and I have not received my refund yet.
