Unistar Agency appears to be very similar to One Source Talent (read numerous complaints again One Source) who simply charges a comp card fee and never delivers the comp card nor any bookings or follow up.
I have been so-called signed for almost a year with no bookings, no photos or card in my possession, and too many unanswered emails and phone calls from my so called talent manager!
They have not brought one single opportunity despite their repeated claims of my marketability.
They lure prospective clients ( models) in charge a photo fee and never deliver any sort of bookings!
Please be careful. I would work only with Core Talent, Horne, Dawson, and some of the other more established firms in lieu of these smaller unverifiable firms.
I can verify that as a client, I am completely dissatisfied and have seen no results except my payment to them which resulted in NO service.

Denise Bring continues to post fabricated information across the internet about my company. In fact she filed a complaint with the BBB - Dallas with similar allegations. The BBB has investigated her complaint, as both parties filed supportive documents, etc. for the BBB's review. After several reviews, the BBB has ruled in favor of UniStar Talent with their response to Ms. Bring as follows:

You have indicated from your Customer Response that you were not satisfied with the Company Answer in your complaint case. Because of this, we have conducted a case review which includes all of the available documentation contained within the Original Complaint, the Company Answer and the Customer Response.
Based on our review, we have concluded that the company did all that it could have been reasonably expected to or reasonably responsible to do to resolve the issue. The reasons for this conclusion are listed in the comments sections in the link provided below. The case is being closed as Administratively Judged Resolved and this case closure will be summarized as such on our report on the company, as is our standard procedure, for 36 months after the above date.
