this contractor..so called promises jobs and starts AND NEVER FINISHES THE JOB AND RUNS AWAY WITH MONNEY.. NEVER RETURNS THE PH CALLS PROMPTLY. SAYS HE WILL BE THERE TO DO THE JOB AND NEVER SHOWS UP. HAVE SPOKEN TO OTHER FRIENDS OF MINE (ATLEAST 4 IN THE SAME NEIGHBORHOOD!!) AND ALSO IN ISELIN (ATLEAST 5 PEOPLE)
