This company took 29.95 from my bank account on September 11, 2012 (looks like the transaction began on September 4th 2012), which was unauthorized. I called the number on the check which was Alliance, a payment verification company. They tell me that I had authorized a subscription to a website, but could not give me the name of the website. They did however provide me with an ISP address in which this transaction took place. The ISP is 205.204.167.190 (I can’t get any information from this ISP). I am still waiting on my money. At first they told me it would be 3-5 days. Then a week later 15 days, and now as of today 11-16-12, it could take 30 days for the refund. I keep getting the run around from this company. I did NOT authorize this transaction they had my routing and account number to my bank and, used a bogus email address. My bank changed over in August to new owners and I have a new routing number, so this proves that this is a scam because if I were to authorize anything, I would have given my new routing number. This transaction made me go into overdraft where $96 in fees accrued. They promised to pay back the $96 and the $29.95 and I haven't seen either. I help with this situation and need my money asap. I finally got an address from them after pleading with them. They give me the address to their main office which is 4345 Fortmen Square London England W1H68N.
