I went online and filled out an application, i saw that there was a fee so I didn't finish or submit an application. I then noticed two days later that $30 was taken out of my checking account which caused me to go into a negative balance and I was charged an additional $35 fee. I called the company and they told me to finish the application and then they would refund my money. Do they think I am stupid. If I finish the application then they would be able to legally take the $30 fee. I want a full refund of $65.
