I responded to a bogus ad on craigslist looking for banquet work. I recieved instructions on how to apply by a now bogus "automated email scam" below:

Thanks for the inquiry. We are an event staffing company with an immediate need to fill our Banquet bartending and wait staff. If you have serving experience, and are outgoing as well as reliable- please send your resume to me in an executive-classic format (company requirement). Be sure to include the first Saturday you are available to begin. We will contact you within 24-48 hours upon reviewing your resume.

P.S. If you're unsure of an executive-classic formatted resume, I'd recommend finding a template online, or using a free/cheap writing service like Onebuckresume, Resumeedge, etc.

I have contacted my bank for fear of credit card & fear of identity theft from this person or persons. I have also will be filing a police reqport and with the BBB as they are NOT a Credited BBB company and fictious address of some hotel/condo property:

This scam is definately been going on a while. I researched everywhere on google and there are bogus press releases making you believe this company is legit when it is not.

Stay away and beware of this scam!!!!!!!!!
