i was looking for a Norton support by searching on Google then i saw " Norton support- i called 800-803-6240 number trusting that these people are from Norton.The Technician Name Obaid told me that we are from Norton so don't worry we will take care of your norton issue.My issue was that my norton was not getting update properly.So he took my computer remote control and started to show me many system error and he was telling me that your computer has many erros and that is why my norton is not working he asked me to pay $299.99 to fix everything now and for next 2 years of unlimited technical support.I don't understand why i have to pay for it.It seems to me a scam because they took my money and they are still unable to fix my issue.Finally thank god i contacted Norton Directely and they fixed it for free.Itech247 is a scam please do not p.ay to this company at all its a waste of time and money
