i will say i'm fairly computer illiterate and called this company from a site i found on the computer. I was having trouble with my e-mail and talked to someone there saying they would fix my e-mail for $199.99 (U.S.)and they would call me back monday which they never did but they immediately charged my credit card. I eventually got it fixed from a puter repair shop.
