Was told that they would provide a new phone number for discounted inmate calls but they really only setup a Google Voice account under my email address (which can be done for free) and charged me $35 for it and then tried to (Inappropriate Content Removed) their way out of refunding the money once I found out what they were really doing.

- File a dispute to your bank, don't agree with a partial refund. In that way you will get your money back in full amount
