bad pool header appeared on my laptop then suddenly PC Cleaner pro 2012 poped up saying we can fix your laptop problems and fix bad pool header, so i downloaded and then i was forced to purchase the software for it to work, then i discovered that the PC cleaner 2012 have caused something called blue screen and the laptop start crashing every 2 minutes, it caused me to change the hard drive and the graphic card which cost me in total $477.93 as my heard drive became unusable. i asked for refund twice, but i was ignored, and i claim $47.93 for the software and $430 for the damage caused to my laptop
