I purchased a pair of boots from Shop-Cora online. Paypal handled the payment. Instead of receiving boots, I received a rubber pencil. I filed a claim with Paypal who said they will reimburse the $53.55 if I mail the rubber pencil back to China and have the item tracked. It will cost me about $25 to do this. I will never purchase an item again through an unknown vendor. I will also never purchase an item using Paypal since they want me to pay half of the value of the item to prove I got scammed. I can't believe Paypal continues to do business with this company.

- I have an update. I called Paypal directly and they were very helpful. I received a refund without having to return the pencil. If you receive an email instructing you to return the item and have it tracked, call Paypal and explain the situation. My faith in Paypal has been restored.
