Like other complaints I found today, I too received an email after responding to a craigslist add with the company link to order the generator I wanted. Their website was down for a couple days but came back up and I followed all the directions about the green dot money pak. I received emails saying my order was being verified, then processed and then shipped claiming I would soon receive a URL to track the shipping. That email saying it shipped was on Nov.12 and was the last I heard from 'ol Larry Anderson despite many attempts to contact him. These people are filth and deserve more attention by the authorities. I'm a single income provider for a family of 7, yet these dipsticks feel they need our money more than we do. Forget trying to get your money back folks... It's gone. We've been had.
