I checked my chase account on 11-27-2012 & found it debuted 29.95 by Zeal Money Solutions Which I did not arthorize. That also caused an overdraft of 34.00. I called their number but could not get through on 11-27-2012. Their website claims an 30 day refund period. What's my recorse now.
