1. I bought Nuance Professional. I never received it, never uploaded it, was promised that I would have followup support, found it impossible to lodge a complaint, repeatedly told the sales people who wanted to sell me another 199 or 100 version [I have purchased 5 of them already], that I wanted the professional version because I am writing a book and need to have the 3rd party correction of dictation option. [It reportedly keeps your dictation, so later you can open the file and correct it. The other versions do not.]

I am very discourgaged and dissappointed... since the promises of this software are so high. Where is the beef. Where is the customer support. Where is a live person to follow through and get me my PAID FOR SOFTWARE. It was over 18 months ago.

Beware of strong promises. The program will work fairly well, if you can get it and get it uploaded. But be careful of glowing reports and promises. Make piece with your money, that when you give it to them it is not a sure thing... maybe even a long shot if you believe what they tell you.

After buying repeated versions, I also have another complaint: the program support. DO NOT ORDER THIS UNTIL YOU ARE DEFINITELY GOING TO USE IT. Reason is, the promised support will expire based on when they say you received it. NOT ON WHEN YOU DOWNLOADED AND REGISTERED IT.
