i called with a small question and they talked me into thinking I had computer problems that needed fixed. It cost 169.99. they did not fx anything in fact that they used my computer for fraud. i figured out a problem and contacted Parelogic and paid them 250.00 to fix they huge HUGE mess and stop the illegal usage then i had to pay parelogic to avoid it happening again. when I called guru aide they hung up on me.They conned me easy. i am ashamed and embarrassed they got me so easy they even had people calling to try and get on my computer phone number washim him6068341003 9168308787. i was so stupid!

they attempted to get money out of my account at the one year mark of my cancelling them. They just couldn't get my money because i changed card numbers. They actually called me and tried to talk me into using them again
