I've applied online for a kitchen quote. Some one came round and gave me a very good quote. I've been told that it will cost £100 deposit to start the work, however I have not been mentioned that this is a nonrefundable "design" charge. The design has not been provided, only an unclear drawing on the peace of the paper. Also I have been told that they do not provide a normal 3D design to show how it will look - not sure if that is legal. Then, when I decided that I do want to do some amendments, I rang 5 times and every time I have been told that they will get my drawings out and call me back. How ever no one did! So all this has been misrepresented sale all way long. I have lost £100, which I do want to get back.
