Like many other users I purchased this programme in frustration at problems with the PC without checking its "Scam Status" because of its professional presentation, its link with PayPal in particular, its link from "Wiki-errors" (undoubtedly riding on the unassoctated Wikipedia) and its "apparent" ability to check for numerous errors on my computer registry (because my computer was running extremely slow as well).
Payment goes through PayPal who pay "ClickBank" and you receive notification from ErrorEnd that payment has been received and your licence "key" is below but there is only a blank line. There is no response to emails to any of the email addresses, even from their webpage.

This has a happy ending...in that I got my money back but not from ErrorEnd - they are still a scam and urge all to avaoid them however desperate you may be for a solution. I sent an email to ClickBank through their webpage (not expecting much as they are also listed on Scambook's website (but for other issues). I had trouble finding who to sent to but and my first actually went to ErrorEnd. Finally I sent to tecnical services the following:
"ErrorEnd, the software product I purchased, did not send a registration code or Licence key number and do not reply to any emails. This is a scam as far as I can see and I request you delete them from your client list. Thank you"
Unexpectedly they replied:
"Changed from Tech Support to Refund
Hello Vendor,
This customer contacted ClickBank to request a refund because they never received a valid registration code. ClickBank offered to send a technical support request to you on the customer's behalf; however, they declined. ClickBank granted this refund because their order was within our 60 day refund period."
A follow email told me:
"Your refund request ticket has been closed, and your order has been refunded. "
I was still a little pessimistic but sure enought PayPal receivved the refund and credited the full amount back into my account. I recommend all of you claim your refund through ClickBank within the required time for refund. -
