I notified the company that I wanted to change my order. The NY GIANTS team changed the jersey number of the player only a few days after I placed my order. The number was changed from #34 to #22. Before the order had shipped, I immediately sent an email asking that the order be changed to reflect the number change. I NEVER received a response to that message or the two more I sent. When I received the incorrect jersey I asked that the jersey be replaced with the correct one. I asked for a phone number of a representative I could speak to or a return authorization number and an address of where to return the jersey to. They never did this either. I even sent pictures of the incorrect jersey and they would not honor their return policy.
