GE Money Bank have one of their representative to call you and offer you a hardship payment plan. But they never actually set you up on the payment plan; so they start charging your credit card late fees and everytime you call all they do is place you on hold and after a while they disconnect the call. You never actually get to speak to a supverisor or manager
