We paid US$ 1000 as an advance for an email marketing campaign. But the Account Manager Luis Schupbach who was assigned to us never responded to our mails or calls after that. Looks like they just wanted our money!
We escalated the matter to their CEO Patrick also, but so far no response. We are now handing this off to our legal for claiming refund and damages. This company looks like a complete con job, keep your distance!

Email Blast USA takes any and all complaints seriously. We work to resolve issues with our clients to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
In this particular case, we have attempted to contact the customer several times. Since this customer is located in India, we have had issues contacting them during business hours. We contacted the customer via email requesting that they forward their details, so we can create an email message for them. We have never received a copy of any materials that they want to use. We have been in contact with several people at their company, none of which have sent us the requested information. We are still willing to work with this company, and we can be contacted during regular business hours at 1 (800) 330-4022.
The statement that we never responded after receiving payment is false and uncalled for. We have a string of conversations with this customer. As with all of customers, we have every email received and sent since the company began in 1996. We can provide these details to anyone that may question our authenticity.
We are proud of our long history in the email marketing industry and hope that this issue can be resolved and the customer can post that their experience has changed for the positive.
