up date i got down to 160 and then i went on the website and checked the next day and it said 610. i called them up and i got you renewed your loan and i said show me the proof because i never did they are a bunch of scammers who says you renew when you dont stay away from this company

- I have a similar case. I also called. They kept telling me that monthly service charges were added. I live in Pennsylvania and I wrote my attorney general and am awaiting a response. Don't let them get away with our money, fight it!!!!! Good luck!
