I ordered a macbook air case (MICHAEL Michael Kors Slim 11" Macbook Air Sleeve, Brown MK Monog)through "michaelkorsermic.info" and paid by credit card using Realypay.com. The amount was charged from my bank account as soon as I placed the order though, there was no sign of shipping confirmation or status update. I contacted michaelkorsermic.info by email to ask what is going on. They said they would give me a trucking number within 2days, but no update,then tomorrow,next Sunday, the next week... and so on. I asked them to cancel my order on 7th Nov, as they said the item was out of stock, but the reply was just "don't worry".After 1.5months since I have placed the order I received the parcel but the wrong item. It's been so long chasing up for the item or the refund and I have to say there is no way that I can deal with them. The website "michaelkorsermic.info" is no longer available, though that was on until at least the end of last month (Nov 2012), so I cannot contact them or check my order status anywhere. I really want to get a refund and end this terrible experience as soon as possible.

  • still keep chasing up for the refund from "michaelkorsermic.info" but what they say is I need to pay the returning shipping fee of $30 to them but not the courier. They don't give me their shipping address, either. I know it is in China according to the shipping slip. following is the brief conversation with them by email.

    "me: Why to you? I will pay the shipping fee to the courier.It doesn't make sense does it? Can you explain how that works? Returning fee of what? What are you charging for if you don't provide the shipping material or shipping slip? Explain it here, what are you going to do after charging for the shipping fee.

    Me: I'm saying I'm paying for the shipping fees with my own cost and directly to the courier. Give me the address so that I can send the item to you. Don't ask me the same questions never again.
    The similar conversations continue endlessly....the website also says the address states on the parcel (Chainese address) is not used for a returning items. Where are they? I am not paying anything to them but no way to contact realypay either. really disappointing.
