I received my Uggs Boots today 12/5/12 and they are frauds...Comparing real Uggs to what I received...the sole is different...the material is bunched and there is no UGG ID inside the boot...have sent several emails to [email protected] with no response on how to return...their website was taken down and now is back up and running...I will continue to dispute this with my bank.

- the same thing happened to my dad! and he's been asking how to return them but all they say is the boots on on their way and we are sure to love them and they are 100% authentic :/ what was the site? my dad forgot what site he got them from
