wow not the first to file a complaint. Promissed a free sample. I received it a month after request. Not free, I was charged shipping $4.95 + Product $69.99. worse thing is the product is actually OK. I tried to call to get them to cancel charge on credit card but their phone number does not work, nor do they answer emails.I was willing to pay for a 3 month supply but it is impossible to reach them. the phone on their billing statement does not answer. wow a mess of a company.
